Tamarack Swim Club is a great spot for graduations, birthday parties, team parties, family reunions, or just about anything else! Party rentals are available Saturdays from 6pm-9pm. A Calendar of available dates is below.
Our rental rates include an exclusive pool experience with staffed lifeguards, a propane grill, use of the covered pavilion, and all other pool amenities. Pool rentals are reserved for members with current memberships only. Please be aware that payment for at least the first hour of your rental is required to “reserve” a day/time.
- Reserve the entire pool for $250 per hour*
- Reserve the TSC Pavilion (the rest of the pool remains open to members) for $100 per hour*
Availability is first come, first served so book now!
- Step 1: Find an awesome reason to have a party.
- Step 2: Come to the conclusion that a pool party equals the best party.
- Step 3: Complete the Rental Request form and submit the required deposit.

*A scheduling deposit of at least the first hour is required to reserve the date requested. Deposit and full payment are required before your reservation date. If both are not received before your reservation, the reservation may be canceled at the Board of Trustees’ discretion. Cancellation of a rental must be made more than 30 days prior to the rental date for a refund of your initial deposit. If made less than 30 days prior, you may still cancel, but no refund will be issued. By reserving a rental date and submitting payment for such, you agree to these terms of service.
**Members may rent our pool (herein known as “Pool”) after 6PM on Saturdays (or other select dates by special arrangements with the Rental Coordinator and at the discretion of the Board of Trustees). Members may rent our Pavilion anytime during normal operating hours. The rates are established annually and can be found on our website tamarackswimclub.com under the “Rent the Pool” link or by visiting the “Make a Payment” link within your TSC account.
When you rent the Pool, you’ll receive exclusive access to our Pool facility, grill, pavilion, and all other pool amenities, as well as certified lifeguards. When you rent the Pavilion, you’ll receive exclusive use of the Pavilion shelter and grill.
To reserve your preferred rental date, a scheduling deposit (herein known as “Scheduling Deposit”) of the first hour of your rental is required. This deposit guarantees your requested date, and payment can be made online by logging into your account and clicking on “Make a Payment,” mailed to the address below, or paid at the front desk during normal season hours. Dates will not be reserved without a deposit.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer the following cancellation policy: Rentals may be canceled for bad weather, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, in accordance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, with deposits being returned and no penalty incurred. Rentals may also be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to the rental date at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. However, if the rental is canceled for any other reason, the deposit will be forfeited to the Pool for loss of rental opportunity. Payment for the full rental price is required seven (7) days prior to the rental date.
If the Renter and guests are not vacated by the anticipated/scheduled end time and/or the Pool area is not reasonably cleaned with any fixture or property damage incurred, additional charges may apply at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, the Renter may have access to the pool one hour prior to the rental for decorating at no additional charge, but please note that the pool will remain open to members during this time.
It’s important to us that our Pool remains clean and safe for all members to enjoy, which is why cleanup is the responsibility of the Renter and must be completed before the end of the rental period. All trash must be disposed of in the parking lot dumpster. Any overtime (beyond the end of the rental end time) incurred may be billed at the already agreed-upon rental rate.
